After 17 hours of travel, 40 stairs stood between me and my balcony room at Family Hotel Panorama Blue, but s did the kind of welcome that melts every worry and makes you feel at home. From a balcony view with sweeping sea views to shortcuts into Old Town and staff who remembered my name, this hotel exceeded expectations in all the right ways.
